What is Surf & Turf in the first place?
Surf = seafood, turf = meat
It is a luxurious menu with shrimp and chucky roll steak combined with the word meaning.
The shrimp we use is a popular garlic shrimp in Hawaii!
There is also a [Surf & Turf & Eggs] on the grand menu, but what is different?
The steak is 120 grams → The number of shrimp on the steak is 225 grams. → 5 tails and full volume! That's a big difference.
As the name suggests, it is a perfect dish for many people to share and eat.
